These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Babe, Get This Android application and the website babegetthis.com (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Babe, Get This is a shopping list app that lets you create and manage lists, dictate items by voice, and share lists with others. Voice capture requires an internet connection and an account.

2. Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us promptly.

3. Your Content

• You own the content you create in the app (your lists, items, and notes).
• You grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content solely to operate the Service — for example, transcribing your voice recordings into list items. Your lists themselves stay on your device.
• You agree not to use the Service to store or share content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it except where permitted by law, or using it to harm others.

5. Availability and Changes

The Service is provided free of charge and is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to give notice of significant changes.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used abusively.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that voice transcriptions will be accurate. Always double-check your list before checkout — we take no responsibility for forgotten avocados.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us to use it (which, for a free app, is zero) or USD 10, whichever is greater.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or on this website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
